Production Lines

Rockwell Crusher Crushing Production Lines

Rockwell Crusher designs and builds complete, integrated production lines: from feeders and crushers to screens, sand washers, water recycling and belt conveyors. Each line is designed around your rock type, required capacity and final product, and every machine in it is built in the Rockwell Crusher workshop — so you deal with a single supplier for the entire line.

How Rock Moves Through the Line

How Does a Crushing Line Work?

  1. Feeding and Soil RemovalThe feeder delivers the run-of-mine rock evenly to the crusher, and the grizzly feeder separates soil and fines before crushing.
  2. Primary CrushingA jaw or gyratory crusher breaks large quarry rocks down to a size that can be conveyed and crushed in the next stage.
  3. Secondary and Tertiary CrushingCone, impact and VSI crushers reduce the size further and give the particles a more cubical shape.
  4. ScreeningThe vibrating screen separates the product into different sizes, and oversized particles are returned for re-crushing.
  5. Washing and Water RecyclingThe sand washer separates mud and clay from the sand, while the thickener and filter press recover water for reuse in the line.
  6. Conveying and StockpilingBelt conveyors move material between machines and store the final product in stockpiles.
Suggested Lines

Common Rockwell Crusher Production Lines

Sand and Gravel Production Line

The most common line for producing construction and road-building aggregates from quarry and river rock; its products include coarse and fine gravel, sand and base-course materials.

Line equipment:

Washed Sand and Water Recycling Line

For producing clean, standard-grade sand for concrete and mortar. With a thickener and filter press, most of the line’s water returns to the cycle and the sludge is turned into a transportable cake — ideal for regions where water is scarce and expensive.

Line equipment:

Metal Mining Crushing Line

For hard, abrasive ores such as iron ore, copper and other metal mines at high capacity; the machines in this line are designed for continuous, heavy-duty operation.

Line equipment:

Limestone and Medium-Hard Rock Line

For limestone, dolomite and low-abrasion rocks used in the cement, lime and road-building industries; the impact crusher in this line produces cubical particles with a high reduction ratio.

Line equipment:

Asphalt Plant

The graded aggregates from the sand and gravel line are turned into ready-mix asphalt in the Rockwell Crusher asphalt plant . If your project is road construction, you can source both the crushing line and the asphalt plant from Rockwell Crusher in one package.

A Line Designed for Your Project

The lines above are common examples. The layout, number of stages and capacity of each line are custom-designed after reviewing the rock type, feed size, final product and site conditions.

Why Rockwell Crusher

One Manufacturer, One Responsibility for Your Entire Line

Designed Around Your Rock

Machine types and capacities are selected based on rock type, capacity and final product.

Built in Our Own Workshop

Every machine in the line is built and quality-checked in the Rockwell Crusher workshop.

Fully Matched Equipment

Feeder, crusher, screen and conveyor capacities are matched, so no bottlenecks are created.

Installation and Commissioning

The line is installed on your project site and commissioned by the Rockwell Crusher technical team.

Spare Parts and Service

Fast supply of spare parts and after-sales service, so your line never stops.
