36-Inch Cone Crusher

The Rockwell Crusher 36-inch cone crusher is designed for crushing hard, abrasive rock in mines and sand and gravel production lines. It is built in six models, with capacities of 80 to 170 tons per hour, so the right model is available for every feed size and line capacity.

Application

Secondary and final crushing of hard rock such as granite and basalt, and sand and gravel production. This machine is usually placed after the jaw crusher, and its output goes to the vibrating screen or, for manufactured sand production, to a VSI crusher.

Made by Rockwell Crusher

This machine is fully designed and built in the Rockwell Crusher workshop in Shahr-e Qods. As a result, its spare parts are always available, and our technical team is there for you for installation, commissioning and after-sales service.

How It Works

How Does a Cone Crusher Work?

  1. Rock enters the crushing chamberRock enters from the hopper at the top of the machine into the space between the cone and the outer bowl.
  2. Gyratory motion of the coneThe cone rotates with an eccentric gyratory motion, constantly narrowing and widening the gap to the bowl.
  3. Compression crushingWith each rotation, the rock is squeezed and crushed between the cone and the bowl wall, gradually moving down the chamber.
  4. Product dischargeCrushed rock exits through the bottom opening. Product size is controlled by adjusting this opening.

Features

Rockwell Crusher Cone Crusher Features

Which Model Should I Choose? The right model depends on the size of the rock entering this machine from the primary crusher and the required line capacity. The larger the model number, the larger its feed opening and capacity. For an accurate selection, share your rock and production line specifications with our experts.
